This article constitutes the fundamental frame of reference for the work of the Riffian Council for Human Rights, which is grounded in firm belif in the protection of human dignity and justice. The Council is a collective of activists, researchers, and volunteers dedicated to monitoring and documenting human rights conditions in the Riff and among its diaspora. It advocates for the human rights of the Riffian nation, with particular emphasis on documenting systematic violations and raising awareness at the international level.
